Phew, I ran out of storage for photos on this blog so that put me out of blogging for awhile but now I am back!!!
I made this layout using Doodlebug papers, Teensy letters, and Doodle pearls. I also used a stamp from Technique Tuesday with black ink and a Memory Box die to make the snowflake swirl. The darker green dotted paper has a punched border from an EK Success binder border punch and the red paper is also punch with a border punch from Ek Success.
I added bling to the snowflake centers on this diecut. I used different sized pearls here.
This is my cat Taz. He loves the Christmas tree and can be found lounging under it for all of December.
I made this mini-card very quickly. I used a Sizzix Bigz die designed by Basic Grey to make the snowman. The background is Doodlebug paper as is the plaid paper for the hat. I added black pearls for buttons. I stamped the sentiment using a stamp from Technique Tuesday and black ink. I used a snow writer for the snow.
I am going to have to play catch up now since I have been making cards since I have been away. Lots more to come!

Snow Much Fun To Make Cards!
I just got back from my shopping trip and I found some great deals! I loaded up on scrapbooking supplies too! I was at Archiver's last weekend and I made a very cute snowman make n' take. It inspired me to make this snowman card. The Archiver's sample had a trifold pocket with a baggy full of marshmellows. This is the same snowman face but just a simple card. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to add snowflakes to the snowman's face. I added black Doodlebling for the eyes. I used a Sharpie for the mouth. I used a triangle punch for the nose and I crinkled it. I cut the black hat from black cardstock. I used a Marvy Uchida holly punch and added unknown red pearls for the berries.
I bought a whole bunch of Doodlebug's mini cards. They make cardmaking so quick and easy! I added a snowflake Doodlepop to the front and the teensy alpha's for the sentiment and viola! A quick card made in a minute!

Doodlebug Christmas Card #2
I made a quick little card today with my new Doodlebug supplies. I used the patterned paper from the 6x6 paper pad for the card base. The stickers are from this collection called North Pole and I added pop dots to the bird and the snowman to add dimension. I used my snow writer pen again to make some snow on the sign and the trees. I stickled the heart and the white parts of the candies on the tree. I also added Doodle Pearls on the top tree.
I will be going on a shopping vacation this weekend and will be away from my blog for a few days!
Hopefully this means I will return with plenty of new scrapping goodies and a load of inspiration!!
Happy Creating!

Christmas Card With New Christmas Doodlebug!
I just got my hands on the new Christmas collection by Doodlebug and if you have not seen it yet- it is SOOOOOO cute! Or maybe I should say Snow Cute! I was super excited to start creating and I came up with this cute card last night. The mini Doodle Pops are just adorable and will be a favorite on my Christmas cards this year! I purchased the 6x6 paper pack and used the snowflake paper on the front of a Doodlebug card base. I cut the paper slightly smaller than the front of the card and then pop dotted it. The card had a window in the front and I hand cut an opening in the snowflake paper to match. I used a Doodle sentiment in green. I also stickled the snowflake centers but it does not show in this picture.
I used the square that I cut out of the front snowflake paper for the background inside the square. I cut a tree branch free handed from brown Bazzill cardstock. I added a red bird Doodle pop and then I added fake snow using a snow writer that I purchased at Michaels.
A closer view of the bird on the branch!

Halloween Night- Very Spooky!!!
Here is my graveyard and spooky Halloween decor! I was in such a rush on Wednesday to put it together before the trick-or-treaters came out. I expanded my graveyard this year and we also bought a new ghoul (seen below) which we hung on our chimney. Every year my plan is to add on to our decor so maybe eventually it is like a mini haunted house. The kids certainly enjoyed all the skeletons and the arm that was sticking out of our garage door! Even the little ones seemed curious about it. It was really windy and misty on Halloween night but we still managed to get a great turnout- and not too many older kids either!
I was very excited to do my zombie make-up on Halloween! I am a gore lover- my favorite shows are The Walking Dead and American Horror Story! I have become quite the zombie fan so I was waiting all week to try out my new make-up. I made myself into a zombie scientist. I can't wait to scrap these pictures! Hope you all had a Happy Halloween!!
